meet up with raphael, kyo-san n joel at 1pm and we set off to 三十三間堂～！By Bicycle!!!!! Omg....soo tired! esp uphill!!!!! >< ride for abt 40mins till we reached...

Cannot take photo in 三十三間堂 but the view is beautiful so i took quite a few~
Some info abt 三十三間堂:
The principal images of the temple are the 1001 statues of the Buddhist deity. 1000 statues and one gigantic seated statue (National Treasure) placed at the centre of the standing statues. All are made of Japanese crypress. Among the standing statues, 124 were made in the 12th century when the temple was founded and the remaining 876 were made in the 13th century when the temples were renovated.
While i was looking ard in the temple, they have this explanation of the structure of the building. 3 pictures, one normal building temple, second is during earthquake n the last one is after earthquake. And the 1st n last pics are exactly the same except for the 2nd pic where the srtucture below the building is abit shaky. Apparently, the temple building was built in a special technique where it will protect it....i forgot how they did it but it was quite impressive....
Funny tht Joel was the one who explaning the steps...
After tht, we ride again for abt 15mins to a very crowded street...i forgot the name >< We had some food here~ the inari sushi is very famous n ofcoz i tried some~ is super delicious~~!!!
joel said this drink (up) is very good but we forgot to buy one for our party on thursday! ><
then, we went up to the hill n visit another temple~ very 壮观！again, i forgot the name :P....here's some picture~
people donated money will get to have names on one of the door...think u need to donate ALOT for tht lol...
ride back to home after this as is getting dark (not late)...another bout 30mins ride....so freaking tired! we decided to go home for dinner to save some money....been spending too much lately......
went to fresco to buy some milk n bread after for breakfast tmr~ then i cooked dinner! Dinner for today is 麻婆豆腐饭~！
passed my burn-able rubbish bag to kyo-san so he can throw it for me tmr morning lol...(coz i 100% still sleeping). They have different rubbish bags for different purposes n each have different collecting days! So troublesome yet is a very good system.
